The platform provides information publishing and matching services; it does not carry goods and never handles freight payments. Freight and other charges are collected, cleared and settled by a licensed clearing and payment institution - see the Settlement and Clearing Notice.

What an order costs

Order amount = freight + handling fee + surcharges, itemised at ordering and bargaining and confirmed by shipper and driver.
